Comic Strip

I created this comic strip using multiple tools in the Adobe Photoshop application. I selected the object I wanted using the wand tool and selecting what I wanted to color. I then used the brush tool and colored in only what I selected because thats what the magic wand tool allowed me to do. I used the text tool to type in the words to have the comic make what little sense it does make. I used a play on the word "hat" to make the comic be punny. Before starting to add in characters I duplicated a selection in order to make the boxes that the characters would go in.

Eddie the Donkey.

I used Photoshop to make this project. I used the brush tool to fade Eddie back into the barn. I also used the brush tool to make the dune grass around Eddies barn. I dragged all the images onto the background image after using the selection tool to get rid of their original background. Honestly i just had to follow the instructions to get this project done, not much thought went into it, except for when i had to selcet the grass to change the hue of it.

Eddie on the Moon.

This was very simple to do. I went on google images and typed in "moon backgrounds" and placed it behind Eddie.

Eddie in a Spaceship.

I hid Eddies barn and put him in a spaceship. He is kind of hanging out of the spaceship, and about to crash, but its ok because he's Eddie. I used the polygonal selection tool to crop Eddies legs out.

Thor Movie Poster

I used photoshop and multiple pictures to create this movie poster. The tool I most used was the opacity tool, this tool allowed the pictures the fade into the background. I also used the eraser tool and the cropping tool to get rid of the lines around the pictures. To put Madison's face in the picture I copied and pasted the picture onto my poster and faded it in to look real. The characters I used where Thor, Loki, the Dark Elves, Jane, Odin and Heimdall. I actually had a different idea for the poster when i started it, but it ended out like this.

aimt

My design is an alligator that I created using adobe Photoshop and my first, middle and last initials. I learned how to put an alligator print design on my three letters and then move them around using free transform to make the letters look like the alligator. I came up with the idea by realizing that a capital A sideways looks like a mouth. The m looks like an alligators eyes. The t was difficult I had to mirror the image of a sideways t. I used the text tool and I had tried to use the brush tool but since it was an alligator it was pretty pointless trying to put fur on him. Next time I want to make more animals and make them look realistic with the brush tool.
